Article Redundancies

Unless there was a logical reason for making this separate, this article needs to be removed because it contains redundant information that is already in the earthbag construction article. CE is the precise, testable, technical term for earthbags, but this article makes it seem like a different building technique when it is really the same thing. Please move any information in this article that isn't already in the earthbag article, then delete this one, since there is repeated information in both, including the same graphic explaining the different types of CE building. Please do this by December 24th 2026 at (UTC+0 12:00 AM) or it will be removed and merged otherwise.
