Merge with "contributory negligence"

[edit]

The topics are closely connected, both articles cover the overlap, and they're often confused in common parlance. S C Cheese (talk) 17:06, 25 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

It would probably be helpful to discuss this in one place. I suggest the discussion you started at Talk:Contributory negligence#Merge with "comparative negligence". Arllaw (talk) 23:05, 25 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Dead citation

[edit]

Citation number 7 (regarding the case Derheim v. N. Fiorito, Inc) appears to be inaccessible from the link provided. It directs to a page stating that it was an old version of the H2O platform, and there is an odd little web browser applet at the bottom of the page containing said old version. However, entering anything in the search box in this separate page returns an error message. If anyone can find another source for the details of this case, the references will need to be updated with the new source. Lumberjane Lilly (talk) 20:17, 6 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
