Image

[edit]
Detail of a Han warp-patterned silk brocade (经锦) excavated in Niya (Tarim Basin). The characters on it say: "Five stars come out of east, which is auspicious to China."

The original picture (right) is lovely, but warp-pattterned silk brocade is not embroidery. Do we have an actual image of Chinese embroidery? Will look for one... - PKM (talk) 18:24, 4 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

I found one and put it in the article. I'll look for a better quality image. - PKM (talk) 18:38, 4 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

I suggest that Suzhou embroidery be merged into this article. There isn't enoguh text there to support a separate article at this time. - PKM (talk) 20:43, 4 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Did somebody do an AI pass?

[edit]

Subjective modifiers riddle this page, did someone use AI to write it? 2601:601:601:A470:885F:8FF9:4176:6CB3 (talk) 21:04, 15 September 2025 (UTC)Reply
