Somehow this page has got two sets of references, the first set has got actual content, the second set appears to be a link to the reference number. It seems to me this can be fixed by putting the reference information from the first set back into the text, replacing the number in square brackets. I have done this down to reference #58 (the paragraph about Bustamante's organization sending Bitterman's college ring to his wife.
