[edit]OK, I split it up into sections; broke the biggest blocks of text into readable chunks; even linked some of the terms to other articles, and marked in bold usage of acronyms for them. I can actually read the article now. Hopefully the next person to work on this article will have more knowledge about this subject than me - and actually edit the content in some meaningful way.
I don't even know where this text came from - it reads almost like an advert... not very encyclopedic in tone...
