[edit]Elsewhere on Internet I found structural formulas with a SO4 group instead of a SO3 group. Who can solve this?

- You are absolutely correct. The Chemical Abstract name is Bufothionine, the Chemical Abstracts number is 475-49-8, the correct molecular formula is C12H14N2O4S and an X-ray structure is reported as confirmation. The SO3 structure is highly unlikely chemically. Would a Wiki editor please volunteer to revise this incorrect structure and all the associated incorrect data? A careful SciFinder search for the formula C12H14N2O3S or the full structure shown in the Wiki article comes up blank -- no such is compound known. Dolly442 (talk) 06:53, 18 October 2025 (UTC)
