Opening paragraph
[edit]If there is one thing that I have noticed in comics, it is that nothing(especially Batman's gadgets) stays the same. The opening line of this article states that it is a "modified street bike" then gives the size of the engine and such. None of that is really consistent with common known things about Batman. He rarely ever buys a store bought item and modifies it, especially not a vehicle. Plus even if there is a source backing up the statement of the it's statistics, I'm sure that there are at least a dozen other references stating entirely different specifications. Specifics about it's engines displacement, fuel management and cooling system are not only not sourced, and not substantially significant, but also subject to change four times a month with each comic book printed about him. I believe that this should be addressed. I am not a wikipedia editor, but I like to make comments on talk pages and let the real editors do what they do best.98.215.128.112 (talk) 22:01, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

merge-Does Batgirl's bike really need it's own page. I feel it lacks both notariaty and significance, and would better populate a scarcly populated page. 66.109.248.114 00:20, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
I Second that, the batcycle page would benefit by becoming a collection of info on all the batbikes and their histories.89.101.112.168 (talk) 09:30, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

- In which case, should the Batgirl-cycle driven by Yvonne Craig be added as well? Daibhid C (talk) 14:39, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
- Sure, why not? 65.93.13.210 (talk) 07:20, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
Image note
[edit]If an image is added to the infobox, and one like should be, please restrict it to a single example from the comics, not from the TV shows or films.
Thanks,
Redbird
[edit]There is a suggestion for a split and merge from Redbird (comics) to here, see Talk:Redbird (comics). 65.93.13.210 (talk) 07:46, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
