Rusty Cat, well, it is one of the companies that run the European synchronous grid, an essential infrastructure for electricity. It is clearly notable.

Hey there! The issue is that the notability guidelines (general notability guideline; WP:GNG) expect multiple independent reliable sources for the topic to be notable; see also WP:SINGLESOURCE.
