Why do movies with dogs in them always make me cry? I watched and enjoyed "Arthur the King"this afternoon. I forgot that the rule in Hollywood is that "Dogs in movies must die". I then thought to ask myself why Hollywood can't just change the rule and let dog movies have a happy ending? Then I saw the dreaded, "based on a true story" tagline. I lost all hope. 😞
All in all, I must say I enjoyed the movie. Mark Wahlberg was the most Mark Wahlberg he has ever been in this movie. The dog stayed with him, stride for stride,in terms of character development.
I think most everyone will enjoy this movie. Give it a shot!
