Change/move article's name to Amplify Publishing Group:

Mascot Books rebranded to Amplify Publishing Group in 2022, following investment. Mascot Books remains an imprint within Amplify Publishing Group, but is no longer the business name itself.

Conflict of interest: I work at the company involved.

Mascot Books → Amplify Publishing Group – Mascot Books rebranded to Amplify Publishing Group (APG) in August 2022, following a major equity investment from Muditā Venture Partners. The company now operates multiple imprints under the APG umbrella, with Mascot Books as one imprint rather than the parent name.

In September 2025, APG was acquired by Civica Media, formed by private equity firm BlackBern Partners, which simultaneously acquired Greenleaf Book Group.

The current title no longer reflects the company's operating name or brand. Amplify Publishing Group is used in all Publishers Weekly coverage and the Civica acquisition announcement.
