Luigi De Ponti?

[edit]The Moka's system is not working by percolation but more generally by infusion. In fact the percolation exploits the gravity and its direction is top->bottom.

Biographical information about Alfonso Bialetti?
[edit]This is an article about Alfonso Bialetti yet it reads more like an advertisement for a moka pot or Bialetti moka pot brand ad. Designed when and by whom?
[edit]The intro says "Designed in 1937 by Otello Amleto Spadini", the following section says "Bialetti completed his design for the aluminium Moka Express in 1933". Which one is true? Nobody perfect (talk) 14:14, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
