I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Notability is a perhaps a little borderline, but contribution to Japanese nursing in the 19th century might be one valid argument. Certainly clearly and engagingly written, with at least one reliable source (from the Japanese Society for the History of Medicine).
