New slogan fad

[edit]

Does anyone know anything about the new-ish trend (maybe the in the past 10 years) of purposely using grammatically incorrect slogans? I don't know the grammatical mechanics of it, but they all lack a component of a fully functioning sentence. Example: Cow and gate: "Here comes happy". It should really be "Here comes SOMETHING happy", or "Here comes A happy THING". It's like they use the adverb (happy) as the verb.
