[edit]How does the NJT 139 bus work? The schedule says both NJT and Academy; are some trips operated by each one? Academy's site doesn't list it' only Route 9 to Wall Street. --NE2 15:10, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
