ASME Fellow, in Mechanical engineering is corresponding to IEEE Fellow in Electrical engineering. Therefore, if this article doesn't meet the wikipedia's general notability guideline, the same is true for IEEE Fellow.--Mostafa 11:45, 10 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
