Article size

[edit]

This article is the 3rd largest Wikipedia article at 693 kB. This is partly due to the size of the revolutions and major protests section, and the prominent political events section. Can we try to condense or delete the events column? zsteve21 (talk) 21:48, 1 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Recent 2026 Nepal-Tibet Floods

[edit]

Perhaps it should be added to the natural disasters section under "Floods, avalanches, and mudslides" MiyuwiAuthor (talk) 06:45, 7 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

"Right-wing populism became the most political ideology of the decade in the Western world, prominent figures including Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu."

What does "became the most political ideology" mean? The body mentions right-wing populism, but nothing about it being "the most political," or the most of anything. 2020s (talk) 01:14, 14 October 2026 (UTC)Reply

I fixed the grammar a little (I did not write it originally).
That being said I'm not sure if we should have it there in the first place.
I wonder if it is also worth it to replace the January 6 United States Capitol attack with 8 January Brasília attacks just to make it a little less US-Centric. (Especially because Bolsonaro was actually convicted of trying to overthrow the government vs Trump not getting anything)
