Henry Horwitz
Henry Horwitz (August 8, 1938 – January 19, 2019) was an American historian specialising in late seventeenth century English politics.
Life
[edit]Horwitz was born on August 8, 1938.[1] He died on January 19, 2019.[1]
Academic career
[edit]Horwitz was awarded a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford in 1963 and a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1982.[2] He started working for Iowa University in 1963 and retired in April 2004.[2]
