Guillermo Plummer de Ferari (born 1874) was a Chilean politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies for Valparaíso and Casablanca from 1903 to 1906.

A member of the Radical Party, he served on the Finance Committee, of which he was president.[1]

Early life

Plummer was born in Valparaíso in 1874, the son of Guillermo Plummer Délano and Zunilda de Ferari Goñi. He studied at Colegio Fowlie in Valparaíso.[1]

He married Juana Ross de Ferari, with whom he had children.[1]

Political career

A member of the Radical Party, Plummer was elected to the Chamber of Deputies for Valparaíso and Casablanca for the 1903–1906 legislative term. During his tenure, he served on the Finance Committee and was its president.[1]
