Speedy deletion nomination

This draft was nominated by Aesurias for speedy deletion as a hoax. I have made various searches to try to establish whether it is indeed a hoax. Searches for "Siberian Soviet Republic" produce a large number of hits for "alternative history", but most if not all of them bear no relation to the content of this draft, and there are a few mentions of the "Siberian Soviet Republic" on what look more like reliable sources, which look as though they may be very different from the "alternative history", and may be closer to what this draft says. Unfortunately most of those sources are not publicly available online, so that it is difficult to tell to what extent, if any, the content of this draft agrees with those sources. The conclusion has to be that while this may perhaps be a hoax, speedy deletion criterion G3 applies only to blatantly obvious hoaxes, which this certainly isn't. If either Aesurias or anyone else thinks they have convincing evidence that this is a hoax then they may like to take it to a deletion discussion at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion, but it certainly doesn't qualify for speedy deletion under criterion G3.
