Trichogramma minutum is a tiny, beneficial parasitic wasp used in biological pest control to manage moth and caterpillar pests by laying its eggs inside the pest's eggs, preventing the larvae from hatching. These wasps (around 0.3 mm long) are harmless to humans and pets, target over 200 pest species like armyworms, loopers, and fruit worms, and are released commercially on cards for use in agriculture, orchards, and homes.[1][2]
