The Polar Express 2 is an upcoming American Christmas fantasy adventure film film produced by Castle Rock Entertainment, Shangri-La Entertainment, Playtone, ImageMovers, Golden Mean Productions and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is the sequel to The Polar Express (2004), and the second film in The Polar Express franchise.
Production
[edit]Producer Gary Goetzman revealed in a January 2024 interview with ComicBook.com that a sequel to The Polar Express was being "worked out", indicating the project may have entered development.[1] It is unclear how far along the project is or if it has any chance of being greenlit.[2]
