Roger is an AI agent for Google Ads developed by the Belgian technology company Vincenzo.be SRL. Founded in 2026 by Vincenzo Ruggiero and Jean Derely, Roger connects to a Google Ads account to audit campaigns for wasted spend, propose changes such as negative keywords and budget adjustments, and apply them only after the user approves. Ruggiero previously co-founded the sales-engagement company Prospect.io (later renamed Overloop).[citation needed]
The company released a free Google Ads audit tool on its website, which evaluates a connected account against a set of checks covering issues such as missing negative keywords and untracked conversions.[3]
In May 2026 the company published a Chrome extension that surfaces Roger inside the Google Ads web interface.[4]
Product
[edit]Roger is positioned as an autonomous agent rather than a recommendation tool: it inspects a connected Google Ads account, drafts specific edits (for example adding negative keywords, adjusting bids, or changing budgets), and waits for the user to approve before applying them.[1] The company describes the product as read-only by default, with sensitive actions requiring explicit confirmation.[2] Roger connects to several Google products in addition to Google Ads, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.[2]
The company states that it does not use customer campaign data to train its language models, and that the platform is annually audited under Google's CASA Tier-2 security assessment.[2]
