"Red Carpet Mash-Up" is the fourth episode for the eighteenth season of the American reality competition television series RuPaul's Drag Race, and the 242nd episode overall. The episode first aired on the cable network MTV on January 23, 2026. It was followed by an episode of the companion series RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked.
The episode tasks the contestants to be partnered up with their best friend in the competition and design a garment inspired by their two chosen red carpet outfits. The guest judge is American actress Annaleigh Ashford, who appears alongside the regular panelists RuPaul, Michelle Visage, and Law Roach. Briar Blush is eliminated from the competition after placing in the bottom two and losing a lip-sync contest against Kenya Pleaser to "Lights Camera Action" (2024) by Australian singer Kylie Minogue.

[edit]Juicy Love Dion and Briar Blush picked the pink suit and harness of Lil Nas X and the yellow dress of Rihanna. Myki Meeks and Nini Coco selected the green dress of Jennifer Lopez and the Cheetah animal print dress of Nicki Minaj. Ciara Myst and Kenya Pleaser chose the meat dress of Lady Gaga and the matching denim outfits of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. Mia Starr and Vita VonTesse Starr took the crystal chandelier dress of Katy Perry and the purple jumpsuit of Lil' Kim.

Prior to fainting on the main stage, Briar Blush further explained on webseries Whatcha Packin' with Michelle Visage that she had contracted pneumonia prior to entering the competition, which later turned into sepsis after a doctor improperly treated it.[1]
