Features
- Cycle tracking: the user records period days and a daily check-in covering energy, mood, stress, pain and symptoms. The app estimates cycle phases from her own history, not a fixed 28-day model, and refines its estimates as more cycles are logged.[ref]
- Partner features: a paired partner receives a daily summary of the information she chooses to share, and can send short "signals" in return. The app supports couples of any gender, including female couples.[ref]
- Body: a page that summarises how the user's body is doing on a given day compared with her own usual pattern for the same part of her cycle. It combines the daily check-in with data from Apple Health on iPhone, and from Health Connect on Android (including Samsung Health). It reads sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and skin temperature from wearables such as Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin and Fitbit. Users can also log exercise, basal body temperature and ovulation test results. Health data read from these sources is processed on the device.[ref]

- Logging of sexual activity and contraception method
- Additional symptioms.
- Life-stage modes for trying to conceive, pregnancy and premenopause.
- Medication reminders
- A PDF report of cycles and symptoms for medical appointments.[ref]
- Apple Watch: app with cycle information and partner signals.[ref]
Privacy
Each category of information is shared with the partner only if the tracking user turns it on. [ref]
Business model
