Mat-Ice Fast Food is a Nigerian fast-food and ice cream restaurant chain based in Benin City. The company was established in 1994 as a soft-serve ice cream stand and later expanded into fast food, Nigerian meals, bakery services, catering, and logistics.

Mat-Ice began operations in 1994 as a small ice cream kiosk on Ekenwan Road in Benin City. The company became incorporated in 1999. In 2000, it expanded into fast food services, and by 2003 it had begun serving Nigerian meals.
