Comment: There isn't enough sourcing here to show notability. Solo sources are only ok where there is presumed notability, normally we need 3 or so examples of the WP:GOLDENRULE. Kurt Paul Levy was born in Cologne, Germany 1915. ^[1]After leaving germany as a refugee during the war, after arriving in England in 1940, he was put aboard a ship, the HMT Dunera bound for Australia with 2,500 others.^[1] Upon arrival in Australia he was interned in Hay and later Tatura prison camp where he became lifelong friends with the artist Erwin Fabian. In 1975 he moved to Deia, Mallorca to focus on art. His work spanned a wide range of styles and media and he held many exhibitions.^[1]
