History
[edit]IPRoyal was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. The company has branches in Vilnius and New York, with Vilnius being considered the key hub of operations.[1]
In 2024, the company reported operations across more than 80 countries and a 33% increase in its user base.[2][3]
Besides the usual use cases for proxies (such as web scraping and cybersecurity), services provided by IPRoyal are actively used in artificial intelligence training, and infrastructure.[4]

[edit]In July 2022, IPRoyal partnered with iDenfy to strengthen identity verification in customer onboarding.[7] The company also integrated with Incogniton, an anti-detect browser, enabling users to combine proxy usage with multi-account management.[8]
In 2025, IPRoyal contributed marketing insights to Think with Google and Think Global, a conference co-presented by Google and The Economist.[9][10]
