Balearic Properties is a real estate agency based in Pollença, on the Spanish island of Mallorca. The company was founded in 1999 by Iris Grünewald and Antonio Fuster and operates in the residential property market.[1]
The Financial Times has described Balearic Properties as an associate of the British real estate company Savills.[2]
History
[edit]Grünewald and Fuster worked in the property sector in Mallorca before establishing their own family-run real estate business. Balearic Properties was founded in 1999.[1]
A 2024 profile of Grünewald published by the German magazine Stern reported that she and Fuster had built a company over several years employing dozens of people and operating four offices.[3]

In 2024, the Financial Times cited Grünewald in an article about demand for rural residential properties in Mallorca and identified Balearic Properties as an associate of Savills.[2]
