The DCWC is back!

Hey WikiProject Brazil, the Developing Countries WikiContest is back for a third year, and sign-ups are now open! The contest will run from 1 July to 30 September, and the objective remains the same: improve as many articles relating to developing countries as you can to help fight systemic bias on Wikipedia.
Thanks to everyone who answered the call for coordinators, and please welcome the new faces on the coordinator team: the 2024 Gold Belt Buckle winner Generalissima (talk · contribs); and the record-holder for most India-related submissions in 2024, Magentic Manifestations (talk · contribs)! Following feedback from last year, adjustments have been made to the scoring rules; discussion can be found on the contest talk page.

Hi, all. I came across Poliana Abritta, which has some text which did not make sense in English. In 2014, she moved to New York to take on the role corresponding to string
. I have checked the sources and removed / rephrased some of the text, but if anyone has time to have a more expert look, that would be great. Thanks, Tacyarg (talk) 14:50, 14 September 2026 (UTC)
- I assume the editor meant she took on the role of correspondent, but I couldn't understand what they meant with "string". Victor Lopes Fala!•C 23:18, 14 September 2026 (UTC)
Anyone to help with copyediting and helping in wikifying with natural language (WP:NOAI)? Editors have dyslexia and dysgraphia so grammar and ortography are trouble for us. Dudzcar (talk) 16:32, 15 September 2026 (UTC)
