Assalamu Alikum, I hope you'll be doing well. This is to bring in your notice that there are some articles on notable Pakistani personalities, like Mr. Syed Babar Ali, Mr. Ahmer Bilal Soofi, and some others, which require some review and corrections. If you go through the account of Mr. Ahmer Bilal Soofi, a renowned Pakistani International Lawyer - who has successfully represented Pakistan at international forums like ICJ in cases like Marshal Island Case, and is known commentator on International Law. His page for a long period (since May this year) has been vandalised. Someone hasn't edited his page in good faith. What was supposed to be an article covering his personal life, and academic & legal career is (nearly 47% of the article) filled with an outdated case, the Broadsheet Case. The case was unsubstantiated and was thereby dismissed. However, it is covering 46% of his article, and there exists a separate page for the case.
Furthermore, Soofi's establishment of Pakistan's only think-tank dedicated to international law, RSIL, and to Qur'anic legal study, QCRC, and his philanthropic work such as Al-Mizan Award (WWF), his representation of Pakistan in international legal disputes and his work in domestic legislation is missing from the page.
I therefore, request you, to please review it and if possible make the required amendments in good faith.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

[edit]Hi,

The article Punjabi Taliban has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
The subject of this article does not exist as an official or distinct organization. Punjabi Taliban is an entirely media-coined journalistic catchphrase and an artificial construct, rather than a documented, structured militant entity.
Crucially, the official Government of Punjab formally and categorically denied the existence of any such group, explicitly stating that the term was manufactured for political and ethnic purposes. The article violates WP:OR (Original Research) and WP:SYNTH by taking scattered incidents involving individual militants from various banned groups (like LeJ or TTP) and synthesizing them into a fictional, unified organization that never officially existed.
Because the foundational premise of this article is a mischaracterization of a loose media label as a real organization, maintaining this page would only serve to legitimize a non-existent entity and misinform readers and validate a false concept. The article is fundamentally flawed and must be permanently deleted.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.
If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time.

Hi, you are invited to participate in the The Asia-Oceania Destubathon in November in support of Wikipedia:Asian Month. £2000 (about US$ 2,689.54) in prizes. We're hoping to see a lot of stub articles improved for Asian countries. If you are from a country in Asia or have a keen interest in contributing to Asia as you have with the Asian 10,000 Challenge, it would be great to have you on board. It's a good opportunity to be rewarded for your work on the country/countries you usually contribute on. All of the articles produced for Asia will be tipped into the Asian challenge in the end anyway, and we will likely then need to increase the 10,000 Challenge to a 20,000 Challenge as we've been doing so well! Sign up if interested! Even if not competing for prizes you are welcome to participate in it as an editathon. Thanks.♦ Dr. Blofeld 11:36, 24 September 2026 (UTC)
