Category:Single-gender worlds has been nominated for renaming

[edit]

Category:Single-gender worlds has been nominated for renaming. A discussion is taking place to decide whether it complies with the categorization guidelines. If you would like to participate in the discussion, you are invited to add your comments at the category's entry on the categories for discussion page. Thank you. –LaundryPizza03 (dc̄) 04:59, 15 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

(talk page watcher) @LaundryPizza03: Legobot is a bot. Way back in 2013, category pages couldn't be moved. Following a successful WP:CFR, a bot was tasked with creating a cat page with the new name, populating it (and in so doing, de-populating the old cat) and finally deleting the old cat page. Therefore, you should be informing the original creator of Category:Single sex societies, which was QuizzicalBee (talk · contribs). --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 16:30, 15 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Linebreak missing in RfC lists

[edit]

There appears to be a linebreak consistently missing after "Feedback request service" in the RfC list pages, such as Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Biographies and Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Maths, science, and technology. Perhaps that could be added. Regards, ~2026-46833-99 (talk) 08:54, 31 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

I think that should be a change to Template:rfclistintro please request on that talk page. I may do it later. Dw31415 (talk) 13:29, 31 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
I don't see anything unusual. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 17:32, 31 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
So for the record, I left that same request in the other location, along with a comment to check which parser you're running as in my testing, that affected whether you saw the bug or not. ~2026-46833-99 (talk) 15:02, 1 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Legobot Linter fix opportunity

[edit]

I think that Legobot could have fixed this page and others like it. The regex that matched this Linter error was

([\|!] <div style="margin.*Hello.*Welcome to Wikipedia.* Please do your best to .* Happy editing!.* \d\d\d\d \(UTC\) *)(\n\|})

The missing div tag was the only error on the page. And this insource search finds 8,000 possible hits, with some false positives. You can probably construct a better search. – Jonesey95 (talk) 15:21, 17 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
